These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

本利用規約およびこれに関連するすべての紛争は、香港特別行政区の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。本規約に起因または関連して生じた一切の紛争については、香港の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其解釋。因本條款或與本條款有關而引起的任何糾紛，均應受香港法院的專屬管轄。
